Kelvin Test Socket for SOP package

Kelvin Contact is derived from the English Physicist Lord Kelvin who invented the Kelvin Bridge. Kelvin test method is one of the test methods commonly used in analog circuit testing, also known as four terminal sensing (4T sensing). The Kelvin Bridge is usually used to measure unknown electrical resistance below 1Ω. Kelvin test sockets are an important part of electrical component testing.

  • Application： SOP, PSOP, QSOP, SSOP, TSSOP
  • Nb of Pins： 8~60 or more
  • Pitch： 0.5mm or above
